Created with a bright cobalt blue velvet covered padded headband, finished with black braid underneath.
One size, it should fit most heads.
Made to sit on the RIGHT side.
Decorated with two beautiful peacock eye feathers and curled fronds and royal blue fluffy feathers.
Finished with a small ruffle of sapphire blue tulle and cobalt glass rondelle crystals and a copper metallic crystal.
