I am truly saddened and heartbroken at the recent passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II
Since I was a little girl, who was present at the Silver Jubilee parties in 1977 and the Royal Weddings, I have been fascinated and in awe of the Queen and the Royal family.
I send my love and condolences to the family and she will be truly missed more than words can say, she was a huge inspiration to millions of women and girls all over the world.

In later life as I moved into hat making, I was just enthralled by all the fantastic hats and headwear worn by the Royal Ladies, so to honour the Queen and to set a lasting tribute to her, I have started a page remembering all her fantastic hats and fashion, spanning her lifetime.
